Analyst Programmer


Job Specification


  • Redesigning the existing server and client application in terms of coding.

  • Enhancing the existing implemented solution.

  • To work closely with our main R&D department in Hong Kong.




  • Candidate must possess at least professinal certificate and above.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in developing VB (Visual Basic/Visual Studio) SQL, .NET, C# applications.

  • Required skills: Knowledge with Windows Server, MS SQL.

  • Required languages: English (spoken & written), Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Software solutions development (Programming, database, scripting).

  • Redesign existing coding, enhance, maintain, troubleshoot existing application solutions based on customer requirement.

Business Analyst


Job Specification


Pre-Implementation Skills:

  • Conduct preliminary User/Business requirements gathering from prospect client.

  • Prepare demonstration materials based on gathered requirements

  • To present and demonstrate software applications to prospect client.

  • Work with different department to develop prototype / demonstration solutions for presentation to clients.


Project Management Skills:

  • Utilize the product knowledge and project management skills to ensure a quality implementation experience for the client.

  • Proactively contacts client during implementation process to assess their satisfaction and fully utilize standardized tools and technology to support solution delivery.

  • Consistently executes implementation process and methodology.

  • Oversees accurate, timely and successful achievement of milestones through entire implementation cycle.

  • Participates in project planning and/or facilitates efforts and ensures that assigned orders are accurately maintained and client interactions are documented accordingly in systematic and consistent manner.

  • Ensures timely internal communication to Sales, Implementation Management and Implementation team members; and external communication to clients, client implementation team or other 3rd parties.

  • Escalates any adjusted client time frames.

  • Seek client feedback on the products and service to ensure a quality implementation experience for the client.


Business Analysis Skills:

  • Conducts needs analysis to determine appropriate solution requirements for new or existing clients.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Assesses the appropriate method and identifies resources for the configuration of client data for successful import and export.

  • Writes Business/User Requirement Documents.

  • Consults on the installation of client site software and equipment and coordinates technical support to resolve issues.

  • Consistently and timely communicates project progress or project plan modification to Project Manager.

  • Provides functional design guidance including accommodation of client rules, plans and procedures.

  • Participates in project plan schedule development, monitoring and reporting.


Quality Assurance Skills:

  • Generates and maintains test plans.

  • Validates and tests solutions according to test plans.

  • Ensure accuracy of client set up variables (i.e. master setup and etc).

  • Generates & tracks issues in proper documentation manners.

  • Provides client support during User Acceptance Testing and production rollout.

  • Provides feedback/ensures successful transition to a production environment.

  • Ensures successful “hand-off” to client upon completion of implementation.

  • Ensures products are configured and/or adapted to meet each client’s unique needs.


Training & Documentation Skills:

  • Assesses training needs based on unique implementation parameters.

  • Develops and delivers end-user training curriculum.

  • Provides and prepare training documentation & materials whenever is necessary to meet each client’s implementation needs.

  • Conduct training to end-user.

  • Coordinates client training to ensure that clients are scheduled to attend all appropriate training classes.


Post Implementation:

  • Provide first level support to client before escalate to technical support team.

  • Provide direct solution/work around solution against clients reported issues when no escalation to technical support team is needed.

  • Coordinates and communicates closely with technical support team on issues reported by the clients.

  • Interacts closely with client on issues reported and provide proper consultations whenever is necessary.

  • Execute and monitor closely on support deployment such as system bugs fixes or program updates.




  • Bachelor Degree in Business, IT or related disciplines or equivalent in education and experience required.

  • 3+ years working experience implementing ERP solutions or on other related fields.

  • 3+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting or technical environment.

  • 3+ years testing and documenting software.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese (Spoken in Cantonese is a must).

  • Competent in Microsoft Office application, Excel & Word application is a must.

  • Working knowledge of application such as Accounting, Trading (Sales, Purchase & Inventory), Fixed Assets as well as Human Resources Management solutions.

  • Ability to use reporting tools similar to Crystal Reporting tools to develop system reports.

  • Positive response to changes in work environment or tasks.
